Lighten up your next tailgate party with these super-simple grilled kabobs. Easy to eat and even easier to cook, the options are endless. So grab your favorite protein, veggies and glaze, and fire up the bbq!

Since this is a Cowboys tailgate we’re talking about, of course you’ll be using the Dallas Cowboys X-Grill portable grill and Dallas Cowboys 3-piece BBQ set!
You’ll want to grab about 2 pounds of ingredients for every 4 people eating. Try mixing steak, chicken, tofu, mushrooms, onions, peppers, zucchini, or any other quick-cooking vegetables. Cut all ingredients into cubes about 1″ in size, and thread them onto skewers. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, brush lightly with your favorite glaze or marinade and place in your refrigerator or cooler until your fire is ready for cooking.
Cook until meat juices run clear and the veggies are nicely grilled. Just before serving, brush liberally with the glaze a 2nd time. Enjoy!
